The Visionary Program
Overview
The Visionary program is a 12-week program designed to clean you up from the inside out and kick your ego to the curb.
During the first 12 weeks, the assignments will help you find your voice and clean the mud off your windows so that your light can shine brightly.
The mud we refer to is also called your ego.
Our Visionary graduates overflow love into a dark world and are beacons of hope, faith, and joy for all humanity.
Once you have completed your first 12 weeks, you will have the option to participate in a 2nd 12 weeks, and will be supported in a loving environment along your journey perfecting your "Mess to Message" and sharing your gifts with the world.
You will also become a part of a community of all current and previous graduates of the program.
Program Details (total time approximately 4 – 5 hours per week)
1) Tuesday night weekly classroom call on Zoom: 6:30 – 8:30 pm CST.
There is an optional bonus discussion on the zoom call that goes from 8:30 to 9:00 pm CST.
2) Two homework assignments each week, one written (250 words) and one video (3 minutes 33 seconds).
The homework assignments are to distinguish various distinctions which can have significant impacts upon your life.
To distinguish something means to create a world in language that someone else can step into. Some of the distinctions covered in the program include: love, integrity, mind mapping, acknowledgement & coachable.
3) Review and comment on other participants’ homework videos.
In addition to your own homework assignments, you are asked to review and provide feedback on two other participant's videos. All homework assignments are posted to a private group in Earthwaking Village.
4) Small Group Discussion – 30 minutes each week.
You will be assigned to a small group of 4 to 6 other participants that you will meet with each week to discuss how you are putting into practice the distinctions of that week into your life.
You will also be assigned a coach for your small group to assist in getting your meeting time established, and to provide help in any areas needed.
The small group coaches are graduates of the first 12 weeks of the program.
